Invitingly aromatic, this Chardonnay fills the glass with creamy, warm aromas. The majority of the fruit for this wine came from our vineyards at 3000 feet, helping the wine retain enough acidity to bring freshness to the finish. A full malolactic fermentation was performed to promote softness on the palate, while monthly lees stirring throughout the aging process contributes roundness and body.
