A great 60 minute workout for all levels. Warm up with a brisk walk into the vineyard. We will use bodyweight exercises to get our heart rate up, sprinkling in some resistance band work, ending with a cool down and light stretching. Modifications will be given, however, participants should have basic mobility Please wear supportive workout shoes, as we will be traveling up through the vineyard. Bring water bottle.
