Tasting Notes

2017 Albariño (“alba-reen-yo”) - Aromas of honeysuckle, tropical fruit, vanilla custard and slight overtones of freshly pinched basil. Refreshing and light across the palate with lingering acidity throughout.

Production Notes

Fruit hand harvested September 13, 2017. Fermented in stainless steel, aged in stainless and one new French Oak barrel. Bottled March 15, 2018.
