Taste our winemaking team’s custom blends for inspiration and explore how different proportions transform the final wine.

 

Then it’s your turn. Step up to the blending bar and create your own Super Tuscan–style wine, crafted to your personal taste.

 

Fall in love with your blend? Fill a bottle straight from the barrel, cork it, and design your own custom label for $25 per bottle ($20 for club members).

• Each ticket is valid for a two-hour time slot. Please select your preferred time when purchasing.

• All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

• Due to space limitations, pets cannot be accommodated.

• Dress warmly — the experience takes place outdoors and in our barrel room.
