My ideal day at Boeger is...

...standing inside the tasting room.
Get to know Boeger Winery! Our friendly team will pour six wines as you stand inside the tasting room. They’ll share the history of our family-owned winery, unique wines that put us on the map, and how we’ve carried our craft forward for 50 years!

Stories in the Cellar
Offered Friday-Sunday
11:00am and 2:30pm
You’re invited to step beyond the tasting bar and explore the stories that shaped our property.
Stories in the Cellar is a guided walking tour through historic sites and cellar spaces, telling the story of our property—from the pioneering families of the 1800s through the generations that continue the legacy today. Along the way, you’ll encounter meaningful places, historical artifacts, and the moments that connect our past to the wines we craft.
The experience culminates with a seated tasting in our historic cellar, along with small seasonal nibbles—simple bites meant to complement the journey.
Please note that due to the historic nature of this building, it is not ADA-compliant. Guests will need to walk down three steps to access the space.

* Advance reservations are required.
* Group size is limited to 5 guests. For larger parties please call 530-622-8094.
*Please allow 90 minutes for this experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy food and non-alcoholic drinks there?
Yes! We are excited to partner with Blue Barn Provisions to offer preassembled charcuterie platters, sandwiches, and other picnic goodies. We also have a selection of cheese, crackers, olives, nuts, snacks, soda, and juice available for purchase. Guests are encouraged to bring their own water bottles to refill at our water stations. In an effort to do our part and avoid large amounts of plastic waste, we do not sell bottled water or stock disposable plastic cups.

How do we schedule our family photo session on your beautiful grounds?
To preserve a peaceful, natural setting for our visiting customers, we are unable to accommodate professional photography sessions. Art, blog, journalistic and personal photography are highly encouraged. Please check-in at the tasting room if you have questions.

What are your holiday hours?
Our tasting room is open from 10 am to 5 pm on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. We close early at 3 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
